This website is operated by SK Designer Kurtis. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to SK Designer Kurtis. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to update or change any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Product Information

  • We strive to display product colors and details as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to photography lighting or screen resolution.

  • All product details, including pricing and availability, are subject to change without notice.

3. Order Placement

  • Orders are confirmed only after full payment is made or COD is selected with correct details.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate personal and shipping information.

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified, cancelled, or refunded.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available with an additional ₹150 charge.

  • COD orders may be verified via call or WhatsApp before processing.

  • Refusal to accept a COD parcel without valid reason may lead to blacklisting of the customer for future orders.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 working days and delivered in 5–8 working days based on location.

  • Delays caused by courier partners, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances are not our responsibility.

  • Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched.

6. No Refunds & No Returns

  • We follow a strict no refund, no return policy once the product is delivered.

  • We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, size issues, or delay in delivery.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

In rare cases of damage or defect:

  • You must share an unboxing video starting from the sealed package to product opening (no cuts/edits).

  • Claims without video proof will not be accepted.

  • If approved, we may offer a replacement only for the same item, if in stock.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including product designs, images, logos, text, and graphics — is the property of SK Designer Kurtis and may not be used without permission.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the site:

  • For any unlawful purpose

  • To infringe upon our intellectual property rights

  • To submit false or misleading information

  • To transmit viruses or any malicious code

Violation of these terms may result in legal action.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
