Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with SK Designer . We strive to deliver the best quality products, but please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

🚫 No Refunds / No Returns

  • We strictly do not accept any refunds or returns once an order is placed.

  • No returns or exchanges will be entertained for issues like:

    • Size not fitting

    • Change of mind

    • Delay in delivery by courier partners

    • Color variation due to screen resolution or lighting

Please check product descriptions, size guides, and images thoroughly before placing your order.

✅ Return Only in Case of Defective or Damaged Product

We take care in inspecting and packing every item, but if you receive a defective or damaged product, a return will be accepted only under these conditions:

  1. Unboxing video is mandatory — the video must start before opening the package and continue till the product is completely visible.

  2. The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  3. The item must be unused and in original condition, with tags intact.

If approved, we will arrange for a replacement of the same product.
No refunds will be issued, only exchange/replacement (if in stock).

💸 Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available with an additional charge of ₹150.

  • COD orders are confirmed only after verifying address and contact details.

  • Refusal to accept a COD parcel after shipping may result in blacklisting for future orders.
