At SK Designer , we strive to deliver your favorite styles safely and promptly. Please read our shipping terms carefully before placing your order.

🚚 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after receiving your payment or COD confirmation.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
During festivals, sales, or high-volume periods, processing may take a bit longer.

📦 Shipping Time

Delivery typically takes 5–8 working days depending on your location.
Metro cities may receive orders earlier, while remote areas may take longer.
You will receive tracking details via SMS or email once your order is dispatched.

💸 Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
Orders below ₹999 may carry a flat shipping fee (if applicable and mentioned at checkout).
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be charged an additional ₹150.

🛑 No Returns / No Refunds

We do not offer returns or refunds once the order has been dispatched.
Please double-check size, color, and product details before placing your order.

✅ Return Only for Defective Items

We accept returns only in case of a damaged or defective product, under these strict conditions:

An unboxing video is mandatory, starting from opening the sealed package till the product is fully visible (without any cuts or edits).
The issue must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.
If approved, we will arrange a replacement of the same item (subject to availability).

📍 Delivery Address

Please make sure to enter complete and accurate shipping details.
We are not responsible for delivery failures due to:

Incorrect or incomplete address
Unreachable contact number

🌍 Shipping Area

We currently ship only within India.
International shipping is not available at the moment.
